I have tickled many goth females, I can’t say that the way that they dress and look has any effect on how ticklish they are.

Have done so a fair few times in my younger clubbing days. Some were and some weren't, but in the very best cases it was the intense psychological thrill of rendering the austere, remote and exotically dressed Morticia/Elvira/Vampira types helpless and hysterical with a mere light application of fingertips.
