Wise advice...
You meet the person in a public place: a pizzeria, McDonalds, a coffee house. The mall. With other people around. You can sit and have a soda or something and talk and get to know each other. There's no rule stating that you have to get together right then and find a room (no matter how tickleinsane you might be). You can get together any number of times, in public places, going to a movie, shopping at a music store, whatever. The key is getting to know each other. Good weeding out process! If the person is a jerk, you can cut it off right there at the knees. It's safe...and it is good common sense!
And, you'll know right away if the person is who he or she says. You'll weed out the phonies right away.
I'm speaking as one who's been successful with this method more than once. If I can do it, so can you...

I'd say, go into the personal ad with optimism, but don't get into anything too heavy with that person(s) unil you know tem better and youboth have a rapport. The personplacing the ad doesn't really now YOU, either. I've met -literally met, in person- some fine people here, and have been misled by some, too. That's life, tickle reated or not. Be smart and careful, but don't not have fun, either.

Well, I'm leaving this forum, y'all. Uncle Steve's outed me wih his list, exposing me, so now I'm going to have to move on....

So, should I try the adult baby forum, or the balloon fetish forum? Aw, they don't know me there - I'll try 'em both!

I'm still feeling iffy on this one myself, even having posted in the personals section of the forum.

One the plus side, it would allow me to meet someone with an interest in tickling, have a good time exploring something new, and hopefully meet someone for a stable, long term relationship that can include aforementioned interested in tickling. It's also good simply because it's impersonal enough that I don't have to be personally up and front about exploring my interest in tickling, since it is something I still cannot fathom mentioning to friends and family in real life.

On the downside, this is a bit unnervening for a few other reasons. First and foremost the person responding could be anybody and not the best person for you to meet up with. The second items is how I'm still not all that comfortable with my tickling fetish myself. I'm not even sure what I'm gaining out of it, having never been *really* tickled before, though that is my interest, so there is hesitancy to my course of action.

On the whole, I'm glad my personals ad is up though. It gives me the opportunity to try something new I've always wanted to, or somethign I *think* i've wanted to try. The fact it's remote and over the internet and not directly in person allows me some level of control over communication and information, so I can reveal what I feel comfortable with about myself to a person I feel comfortable about. So with this in mind, and in spite of the minor reservations, I say go for it. Be smart about it, be safe about it, and cast fortune to the winds and see what blows your way.
