Are there any dungeons in Arizona?

I have never even SEEN one. Does anyone know? What do you do there? What is it like? Please, if anyone knows of one in ARIZONA, please let me know.

Usually what folks mean by that here is the first sort of place - an establishment like the Dominion or Passive Arts in LA, where you can hire the services of a dominatrix or submissive for non-sexual scenes. Such places usually have equipment as well.

Most such places have several doms and subs in-house, but a few are run by one. Here is one of those in Tucson. And here is a long list of Arizona SM organizations. If you get involved with one or more of those you'll find a lot of interesting people as well as info on any local dungeon spaces.

Note that there's a second type of "dungeon" as well: Spaces like the Citadel in San Francisco, that hold regular parties and have dungeon equipment that you can use with a date of your own. If you're talking with someone about local playspaces, make sure that you're both talking about the same type.
