Was taught that my sexuality was a private thing, and was completely acceptable. Never did think of this as a negative. Just different.
Mind you, when common was the dopey approaches I watched way back in high school, it was WAY easier to respect myself and my "weird interest". Treat someone proper, and they never seemed to CARE that I liked tickling. Mind ya, it wasn't my sole interest (ugh, no pun intended) and I'm big on reciprocating. Tends to leave partners feeling like you care.
Maybe it's 'cause I do. *shrug*
No shame, though. A few friends DID tease now and then, but oddly, they tease about the bondage FAR more than the tickling. The tickling doesn't seem to be that big a deal, like bondage is. People don't imagine leather outfits for tickling...
