If I can't go up north to meditate, I like to take nice long drives or hikes around Niagara 🙂 Aside from the Falls themselves, there's some amazing places like the Niagara Gorge and long the river... perfect for those occasions when needed! 😀

How are you today? Just finished your wonderful questions. I enjoyed them. You and Deadly are truly awesome you know that? My day got a little brighter and I was able to be a smart ass a few times. I forgot what that was like!

Ideal Breakfast... well, I'm not a big breakfast eater normally 🙂 But when I do have it, I love pancakes with Maple Syrup or my own homemade Egg McMuffins :drool:
