Yeah - the first step is to take muscle relaxers and wear an athletic mouth guard at night to avoid grinding my teeth, but I spit the mouth guard out in my sleep so that doesn't work. The muscle relaxers help a little, but not really. The next step is going in to my doctor and getting a shot of muscle relaxer right into my jaw :faint: so needless to say I'm not in a hurry to do that! If that doesn't work, I don't know what the next step. The final step is surgery though 😱
