Quite easily - look at the massive amounts of gore in the Saw movies...and they're awesome.

I have TMJ - temperomandibular joint disease - it's basically a misalignment of my jaw that's gotten worse over the past several years. I can't bite down hard on anything like apples or corn on the cob. It hurts if I try.

Yeah - the first step is to take muscle relaxers and wear an athletic mouth guard at night to avoid grinding my teeth, but I spit the mouth guard out in my sleep so that doesn't work. The muscle relaxers help a little, but not really. The next step is going in to my doctor and getting a shot of muscle relaxer right into my jaw so needless to say I'm not in a hurry to do that! If that doesn't work, I don't know what the next step. The final step is surgery though 😱

Nah - it's really fucked up. You can't tell by looking at me, but I have a huge overbite LOL I can feel it - I have bunny rabbit teeth 😛
