Well, I'm finally back after a nightmare week with my computer. Last Saturday night, the machine started freezing. I tried everything to clean it out, full virus scans, etc. Nothing worked. So, yesterday, I had to contact a computer specialist. It turns out I had a piece of adware on my computer. I was also told to ditch Norton Antivirus, and switch to Agast. (Hope I spelled that right). Anyhow, my computer is working fine now, and the side toolbar, which had also been giving me a problem since last summer, is also fixed. The machine is just like new. I also love the fact that my new antivirus program runs all the time, so I dont have to do the weekly Friday night scan with Norton.
Anyhow, it's good to be back. Thanks to everyone who was so helpful to me during my computer troubles.
