Absolutely! One of my favorite scenarios as a foot tickler is the beach and ticklish bikini soles. I love bikinis, I love bare soles, and I love beauties at the beach. I also adore female sunbathers with their toes tucked into the sand, soles taut and sunlit, flip-flops off to the side, face down in a towel.
 
Most definitely enjoy that and such a great motivator it would be seeing you looking like that at the beach!
