I didn't watch this, probably because my constitution is not what it used to be. I have seen enough gruesome injuries, Joe Theismann (live), Tim Krumrie in the Superbowl, Kevin Ware's broken leg during an NCAA game to know injuries like these are usually career ending which is sad. I feel for this young man and wish him a speedy recovery.

This is why I hate when athletes get labeled as spoiled. These guys put a lot on the line for our entertainment.

I don't blame anyone for not watching that, it really is horrible. Theismann was the first thing that came to my mind. I'd forgotten about the Krumrie and Ware injuries. I hope he can play again if that's what he wants but given his injury history it might be time to move on,
