I've had success with some of the things contributors mentioned, such as blowing and electronic toothbrushes. Just haven't found anything better than my little old fingers.

shoestring?

despite the host of toys in my bulging tickle bag ( remember the grinch trying to get that enormus bag around the village? that's jaba..... 😀 )

I have found at times the most effective item was a simple shoestring, drawn slow and deliberately, between her lovely toes......

and there is a delightful lass on this very forum( who shall descreetly remain nameless) who would GLADLY give you her ATM card code, if she could stop laughing 😛oke3: long enough, in exchange for a brief halt from this tickle tecnique.... ......

My fav tools are fingers , which work with everyone , large soft painting or shaving brushes if she is really ticklish (feathers might work as well) , and a large metal hairbrush if she is not too ticklish , or perhaps a regular fork .

I agree with many here; fingers are my default tool, but nothing compares to sensuousness of my lips, tongue and teeth working in concert on any area of my bound and helpless Stacey that I choose. From my nature, though, I usually spend most of my time plying the trade all around her luscious and highly ticklish feet.

But here's one betcha've never heard of: the butt end of a mini-golf club. Poked Stacey, very carefully and gently, in the abdomen on a recent outing to our local putt-putt course and wiggled it around a little, and I got a pretty good reaction. 😱
