CitY of MicA said:What a &%^#*@ moron! Do you know anything about film scores? I mean anything?! Because if you did, you would not have listed any of those choices. Bernard Hermann- ridiculous! He may be the film composer by which all others are judged, but he couldn't compose his way out of a wet paper bag- with sheet music, a copyist, and a pair of galoshes! Don't bother responding to threads when you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about! I wouldn't show my face on this site again if I were you, unless you are fulfilling some sort of need to be ridiculed in all your clown-like glory. But if you're man enough to respond to this post (and I know you're not), you'll explain how you could have possibly listed Altered States on a best anything thread. It must not be easy for you to sleep at night!!
Does Quadrophenia count as a soundtrack?
Thanks, tcklft. I'm trying my best to show some restraint.tcklft said:Gee, CitY of MicA, take it easy. All CitY of MicA said was--
Oh, wait. Nevermind....
Perhaps you can appreciate the position I'm in, Red, as you contributed to this thread years ago, as well. I made my original statement, to the best of my knowledge, in the spirit of contributing to a friendly, pleasant discussion about movie soundtracks. What could be more wholesome than that? It was truly a much more innocent age back then. 5 years pass- and nothing happens. Then, suddenly... this thread resurfaces and I get viciously attacked- no, blindsided- or better yet, sandbagged. And by myself no less!!! It hardly seems fairred indian said:I'm confused, is Mica slagging off his/her own post?
. If I respond in kind, this thing will only escalate and get ugly. Besides which, I have plenty of better things to do with my time that to respond to an inflamatory post by someone who should clearly know better. I would put myself on ignore, but I am unsure if I then would be able to see anything on the forum
