best-slash-most hilarious Steve Perry impersonator ever!

Apparently Journey has gone through a string of singers looking for one who sounds exactly like Steve Perry, and they found this guy on youtube doing karaoke. He actually sounds a lot like Perry, but the best part is that he totally hates doing it.

In that interview, they kind of made it sound like he's kidding a little, but I heard other interviews that I couldn't find on youtube where it sounded more desperate, like "I'm doing this for my family but please get me the fuck out of here."

This whole "I found my new soundalike singer on Youtube" routine is getting out of hand. Boston did it, and now Yes has just hired a Youtube replacement for singer Jon Anderson. But they're referring to him as an "understudy". Gimmee a break!!
