I don't understand why people rarely go into any detail when they post, but it's upperbody tickling with a feather duster. The lee is tied to a chair, and the reactions are fake.

Well, the tickling sucked, but it was two hot ladies, so I will give it a solid C+. Mostly neck tickling..

you know...you're right lol we all have become spoiled with the technology called the internet and forget sometimes what it "used to" be like. if this woulda popped up in my youth in the 80s, it woulda been a holy grail.

Totally nailed it. In the 1980s or even 1990s that scene would have been mailed out and shared on VHS coast to coast. Girl on girl tickling with bondage used as actual torture in a mainstream mother/stepdaughter setting? "What, are you kidding me - we've got ourself a family!" as Nicholas Cage said in Raising Arizona.
