Stocks? Make 'em yourself. QBWeaver described the ones we made, and they're fine implements. Stocks are, after all, an old and fairly simple concept. The important part, for tickling play at least, is padding on the leg holes, 'cause a body can massively bruise ankles kicking around.
As for my personal bondage arsenal, I've been accumulating it for years. Most of the leather works have been bought in San Francisco, though there's stuff from Philedelphia, and of late, from Canada. There's also a good deal of hardware in my little leather bag of tricks, including a half dozen dual-sided clasps, some caribeanners (sp?) and a lot of lengths of rope.
It all depends on what you intend to do. Mine's multi-purpose, but I favor simple leather cuffs for wrists and ankles, and clasps to attach 'em to rope. Why clasps? Consideration for my 'lee. She may need out quickly, whether from cramping or other immediate need, and a quick release clasp solves a lot of trouble. Better safe than stupid, after all.
I've accumulated a number of tickling implements, but, happily, my lady doesn't need 'em. Fingers work JUST fine for that woman. 😉
