OK, I know people are going to get on my case since I always say how much I love snow, etc. But, I'm just not ready for cold weather yet! We actually had to turn our heat on last night. My garden had a pretty good coat of frost on it this morning. And the pool, yet to be put away for the season, had a skimming of ice on it. IT'S TOO EARLY!!! AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!! All I can say right now is...

At least you can turn your heat on. In NYC apartments, the landlord is not obliged to turn the heat on until October 15. I used three blankets last night.

Hang in there for a few days. I was putting off turning on my heat as long as possible, but was finally forced to yesterday morning when it was so damn cold in our place we could see our own breath.

Today it is nearly 80 degrees outside, and I am freaking MELTING!

Mother nature is PMSing right now, and keeps going back and forth between cold chills and hot flashes. If you don't like the weather now, wait a few days. And DON'T PUT AWAY THE SHORTS YET! lol

Same here, Judy. I don't mind it being cool in the house...provided I'm dressed accordingly. But, I hate waking up to a cold room. All I want to do is cuddle up and stay in bed...which can be rather fun when Drew doesn't have to work, but otherwise sucks. lol
