What is a Renfaire?, I gather it is some kind of medievil gathering from the pic and vids that I have seen on this site, but where and how does the tickling come into it.....was it seen as medievil torture back in the day?, and is it seen as a good excuse (and a rather good one if I may add!) for our community to join in.

Further more are there any in the uk?, (if there is, bring it on!)

yes there are some in the USA however i'm not sure where. although i heard pennsylvania has one.

Yes, we have them all the time during summer months. They're totally fun, I went to a friend's wedding at one. didn't see any tickling but there was a massage booth amongst the displays.

To my knowledge (which between you and me is pretty exaustive on this subject) there are only two Renfaire operators in the world who incorporate tickling into their acts. One is Kujman wh I believe operates out of New Jersey, although he does travel to California as well I think; the other is Marco Renzi who performs several faires a year in Canelli, in Italy.

Marco's videos are freely available to buy (they last between three and six hours and usually have been 45 and 80 women (and occasionally a few guys) getting tickled in stocks by a variety of methods and implements. Kuj does sell videos too, but fewer and the last time I checked his website had some problems that interfered with asking about the videos. It is www.ticklepalace.com if anyone wants to check.

If you search here or Tickle Theater's clips and pics sections for these two, there should be plenty of material. A pic from Kuj's act in the 70's is also on the page of Wikipedia that is listed for "tickling".


n.b. Paradise Vision did do a Rennaisance Tickle video that had this sort of thing worked into its plotline.

I've also been told various other nefarious things about Jelinek but I'll leave it up to the member who told me to share with the rest of you because I don't remember it all
