I've been trying to figure out where this preview is from but just seems like a mystery.

This is clearly from the late 80's/Early 90's. Probably a Vid Tech or such.

Do not know the name of video or company but the tickler is Stacy Burke, who worked a lot for Harmony and FM concepts in the mid-late 90s.
