This had to have been a solid decade ago, if not closer to 15 years, but it was a guy and a girl on vacation and the guy was trying to propose and teasing the girl about "a secret" he had, and she somehow gets him across the couch or something and tickles him until he proposes.
Don't remember where I first read it and remember very little about the details, but hope that rings a bell for someone.
