Sorry to say, Izzy...but WV never really had much of a chance to begin with. Not because they weren't playing well, but because of the screwy way the BCS is run. Even now, an undefeated Louisville isn't guaranteed a title shot over a one-loss Ohio State or Michigan. The BCS is a tricky thing, and it's next to impossible for the smaller schools to get a crack if there are two or three of the REALLY BIG ONES in contention, even if they do have a btter record.

yea that makes sense to me..i mean lookit, louisville was also undefeated, yet ranked lower than WV until probably now..and rutgers also is undefeated, yet i'm not sure where they are ranked..i say was because WV is no longer undefeated..sighs..

So you are saying that even if Louisville remains undefeated, but both Ohio State and Michigan each lose, that Louisville will not play for the National Championship?

um is that a loyal fan???? i rooted for the chicago cubs for years..now those fans are loyal..and i'lll continue to root for WV..that Slaton is phenomonal..as is White..they have moved up to number eight...they might still have a chance..the comments are all eight top teams have a chance..

that being said... GO MICHIGAN!!!! BEAT THE CRAP OUT OF OHIO STATE..

LOST ALL RESPECT FOR YOU!!! I have been rooting on Rutgers for as long as I can remember. Rutgers has never won anything. I root for Ohio State because of Sadira. She actually went to school there. But if Ohio State and Rutgers ever met up, I would root on Rutgers. Izzy, don't ever jump ship. It is just plain wrong.
