Can You Cut Off Ticklishness?

just posted a thread on this subject. I'm sure the tickler holds the key. Gentle fingertips over the sole can be resisted, but intense nail tickling? I think someone would have to be very pissed off to not flinch or laugh.

This may sound like a silly theory, but anyone who's capable of cutting of their ticklishness aren't exactly that ticklish at all. And why should people like us do so? It ain't right! 🙂

i like to do it sometimes just to aggravate whoever thinks they're going to tickle me, because it's quite fun to see their reaction when i just stare at them hehe :-D

They were originally named the World Wildlife Fund, then changed to the World Wide Fund for Nature. Now they refer to themselves only as WWF for some reason - to be fair, they do have a prior claim to the initials w.r.t. the wrestling 😉

I am prone to cut off my ticklishness. I just put up a wall in my head--it stems from either not being comfortable with the person I am with, or having a lot on my mind and focusing on what is bothering me.

I know someone who can turn it off instantly when she knows its coming, and even when she doesn't know, she can turn if off if you've tickled too long, or she doesn't like you
