It seems that some "higher power" in the Canadian legal system has taken offense to the fetish pics on my hard drive and is now taken it upon themselves to "cure" me of my fetish, or, at the very least, to "curb my enthusiasm". What bollocks. I'm finally understanding what spineless bastards comprise the justice system in Canada...or, at least in Ontario.
From being betrayed by close advisors, to having personal friendships used against me, I'm being used in a "set-up" of magnificent proportions.
There's no way I'll be leaving this unscathed, but there is also no way, and no hope, of trying to change a full red-blooded punjabi who has the stubbornness of a Brahma bull.

I'd like to know more myself, Moses 🙁 I live in Ontario as well and I've never heard of anything like this. I've had tickling video's stopped at the border before, but nothing to the extent you're talking about 😕

I'm really confused by this. As far as tickling materials go, I've ordered the odd tickling video in the past where Canada Customs stopped it at the border, citing that the bondage aspect was degrading to women. Apart from that, I don't see how they can invade your private life.
Needless to say, I haven't ordered video's since, apart from the odd online clip order.

Over here in Australia, all we have is some garbage IR reform and whacked out work-related laws, but this takes the cake. Although, there have been crackdowns on child abuse material in the Land Down Under. Strangely enough (and quite disturbing to boot), I once glimpsed a news report screenshot of a computer screen with a list of child abuse material, one of the items being "child_tickling" (or thereabouts). Which does beg me to wonder...
I won't take sides, but there has to be some sense in what Slaver's saying, otherwise he wouldn't bother/dare.

I've never considered tickling images to be of any concern to our authorities, or anyone else for that matter. Are you saying I should be wary of such now? Keep us up to date, man.
