My memory of the Dave Franco thing is that he said his brother used to tickle him while he was stuck in a sleeping bag, and Cara said it sounded like fun, and that was the whole incident. I definitely don't recall anything about Cara tickling Margot, although Will Smith Squeezed her knee once while they were being interviewed for Suicide Squad.

I believe it was in an episode of the show Hope and Faith that Ripa was on, I can remember Ripa getting tickled in that show, but I dont remember the exact circumstances.

Besides those two, I have not heard anything else of any celebrities being interested in tickling, but of course we never know who might be, that is just keeping it to themselves or out of public knowledge lol.
