Sarah Michelle Gellar. She has that chip on her shoulder that makes you want to knock it off, so she's annoying in another way, I'd say. I would like to pin her down, tie her up, and rake my fingers all over her soles, and her body, just to get her to get rid of that "I'm so great" attitude she seems to have. Girls like that who think they are better then everyone else tee me off to no end, and a good tickling is what they deserve. Only my opinion!

I would have to say Fran Drescher from "The Nanny" She isn't only annoying but she is also beautiful and looks like she would be alot of fun to tickle...can you imagine THAT LAUGH while being tickled?? 😀
 
Oh, God NO! Fran Drescher has the most annoying laugh in the world! I found this tickle video (somthing about a mummy) and one of the girls in it laughed just like her, it was awful!
I'm not into tickling annoying people. It detracts from the fun. Though I still wouldn't mind seeing SMG tickled. I guess I've never seen that annoying side of her.

I have to agree with Lis Vender. I cant stand Ann Coulter. I have never seen a more arrogant, smug, rude, loudmouth, person in my life! Annoying is a mild word when describing my feelings for her!

The first annoying person that came to my mind: Kathie Lee Gifford. I'd love to restrain and tickle her until she promises to give up her corny ways!

Mandy Moore for being so contradicting and flakey! Everytime I see or hear about an interview and the topic of feet are brought up she mentions how she does not like them yet tattooed a toe. I would use a combination of tickle torture,pleasure,teasing and orgasm denial on this woman until she fully admits just how pleasurable of a bodypart feet can be. It will become so engrained in her head that she will be able to achieve an orgasm just from a foot massage.
