with me not being of "this" millenium..i honest to god did not know who or what the hell this show was when it was mentioned in the lists section

but thanks to whoever found it on youtube and posting the link, i thought even though the tickling was literally 3 secs long...it was fucking hot! the way she's laying almost looks like she's tied up being tickled..use the imagination lol..ive for your pleasure am offering this in 2 versions...the 3 sec tickle original and a 10 sec extended mix i whipped up..enjoy!

Great capture from the show.
I posted it in the mainstream scenes as soon as I saw it a couple of weeks ago. I was hoping someone would find the scene and post it!!

There was also a scene from the end of one of the "Chelsea Lately" shows where She tickled "Chuey" her "little person" sidekick under the arm. And I also remember a segment from another show Chelsea was on where she going to get some liposuction, and when the surgeon was drawing a diagram on Chelsea's stomach of where he make the incisions, she giggled and said it tickled, although the reaction looked fake.
I think Chelsea's a bit of a ticklefile
