I'm looking for a classic poser art picture of a Ken Starr-like character tickle-torturing a Monica Lewinsky-like character for information. "Monica" is lying on her stomach on a conference table with her hands tied behind her back. Her ankles are tied together and the bottoms of her stockings are ripped off to expose her bare feet. "Ken" has one arm wrapped around her upright calves and his free hand is tickling the living daylights out of her helpless soles. He says something like "Come on, Toots, TALK! I'm on the clock here." She is laughing and crying and protesting and pleading into a tape recorder placed on the table by her face.
