well you see brother, a hollywood brother style souht philly pat's chessesteak starts with a very warm soft fresh long roll, then you take your choice of american chesse or cheez whiz. The Hollywood brother always perfers hollywood brother american cheese since it not fake like the cheez wiz. anyway you then cook on a very greasy grill, some thin sliced steak meat with onions and maybe even peppers. as you grilling this in the grease you chop the meat and onions into tiny pieces. then when it almost ready for the hollywood brother to consume you take the roll with cheese and put it over the onion and meat mix for a few seconds. then you scoop it up and eat the son of a bitch! It sounds bad but if you ever have a good one then you be hooked on it like the hollywood brother and camel26 has ben since birth!
