Ok I think I have come up with an Perilel Universe where all three of these Sci-Fi francises come together
Lead by Morpheos, Trinity and the "Chosen One" Neo, the rebelion against Skyney succeeds and the majority of humanity is freed from the virtual reality dream called the MATRIX. As a result of the human rebelion World War III begins, and the Sodier John Kahner* will lead humanity to victory over the Machiens. Shortly after the war, Zefram Cochrane will invent warp drive using SkyNet Tech. During the first flight, with a converted WWIII Mistle (named the Phoenix), Cochrane will draw the attention of a passing alien ship. This Will Lead to earths "First Contact" with the race known as Vulcans. Over 100 years later Admiral James T. Kirk and his crew will journey back in time to retrieve 2 hump backed whales needed in the 23rd Century. Though successful at their mission crewman Pavil Checkoff will unintentionaly leave his weapon behind. A scientist named Miles Dyson, from a company called Cyberdyne, will use it's Technology to develop a conputerised defence system called SkyNet... and it all begins again!!!
I know there are holes in this big enough to fly a bird of prey through, but I think it is sort of cool.
