Connections and Communication- Tickle Talk or Otherwise :)

Just a question WITHOUT judgement. I want to know the opinion from some of you old head (fellow old heads) whom have been here for a good number of years.

What is your favorite or easiest way of connecting with others (technology wise)? This isn't a question about the process or a HOW-TO. This question is just a way of wondering how much the preferred method of communication has changed for you and what you enjoy using currently.

So... email, snail mail (LOL), favorite apps? Dating sites? Chatrooms? Social Media accounts? DMs and private messages? Voice chatting? Please let me know what you like or if you even use anything to connect and communication with others in these spaces.

When it comes to communicating and connecting with others -- tickle talk, kink talk, or anything in between, what do you use the most?

Gotta say that the easiest way for me to connect was when I was on Instagram, but it was also where I ran into the most safety issues. Be that as it may, It was nice connecting with people, exchanging media, and talking via video/ voice chat. I did meet a couple of good friends (some I still talk to and meet up with on occasion) from IG.
I'd love to hear what you think.

Being a male lee it can be hard to find female lers so you need venues that likely will concentrate those that will share your interest

So the TMF chat room is awesome in that sense. Social media can be that way as well. Sites like Fetlife are great as well. I have met ladies in phone sex chat rooms like on talk to me.com. I think it's best to avail yourself to as many things as you can. You never know when or where you will meet the right people. Mostly you have to realize it takes time. Lots of time. Lol.

I like to communicate with people one on one in a texting format. Whether it's traditional texting, Discord, FB Messenger, etc.

I’ve used Insta in the past, sometimes on an individual messaging basis, but have had success and enjoyable conversations via PMs here. I’m currently talking to a fellow TMFer on Messenger daily now, sometimes about tickling, sometimes not. It’s got that nice instant feel though, despite time differences, and as I type how I talk, it feels like a normal conversation. Kik was okay, as was Skype, but they both felt a bit….flat, somehow.

Incidentally, I always enjoyed your Insta page Sunrise, but if it was becoming unsafe for you then you’re definitely better off without it.

Personally, I like to just DM on here, get to know the person. Obviously tickling is what brought us together, but I feel the tickle experience is more fun when you actually get to know the person on a more personal(not necessarily private) level. Eventually tickling will become a primary part of the convo, and that'll be a lot of fun when we do talk about it in more detail but I like to think I'm gaining a legitimate friend, as well, not just a tickle toy 😂

Eventually it would be nice to move to something a bit more instant, like Whatsapp, text, maybe even IG messenger.

TMF has that classic charm where we connect through forum topics, questions, or the chatroom and steadily make connections.
The connection can stay here on the TMF site if that's what feels safe, and the interaction is still fun, and exhilarating in silly way.😝

I'm open to other social media platforms, and messenger if a person becomes interested enough to follow me more regularly, but I get why many TMFers and fetish playmates would take things slow, and ensure that they are dealing with a real person, and not a creep, or immature swindler.

There's so much uncertainty, and so many over zealous clowns online anymore that everyone has to do a high degree of vetting, and verifying honestly.

Its kind of sad, but I'd much rather see everyone safe in a chatroom than stuck in a much more awkward scenario.

My hats off to TMF Jeff, and all the people that keep this site as interactive as it is.
It's STILL one of the best places to hang out anywhere in all of the cyber universe.🤘
