OK, here's an interesting one. There are definitely a fair amount of people here who knew from the time they were little that they had a fascination with tickling. I'd say it's also fair to say there are a bunch of people here who were introduced to the community another way... friends/lovers etc.


So which are you?


If you're a lifer, when did you realize it? And if you're a convert, who brought you over?



I'm a lifetime tickle love, knew it since I was a little kid. I was a little bastard of a ler until late high school when my ticklishness caught up with me.
 
I'm a lifer.

When i was a little kid I always hated being tickled, but as I grew into manhood, I started liking it sexually.

I, however, didn't notice that I had a fetish until years later, when I was 14.

It should have been obvious to me but It just never occured until then.
 
Lifer. One of the first memories I have was when I was about 4 years old and a girl in my class said to me "you shouldn't tickle us, it makes us pee our pants"

When I was about 5 years old I saw a Popeye cartoon. it was the famous one where Olive Oyle is dangling by one foot upside down & Bluto peeled back the sole of her shoe & tickled her sole.
I stared at that scene, pointed to the TV & yelled, "THAT'S FOR ME!"
Now other kids (& adults) would watch this scene & just laugh it off or it would have absolutely NO effect on them whatsoever.
Why did that scene ignite my love/passion for bare soles & tickling?
I do NOT remember at all ANYONE discussing or doing ANY kind of tickling.
So WHERE did this 'spark' come from?
From that moment on I would be excited when Popeye would be on TV, most of the time being VERY disappointed because there were no more tickling scenes shown for a LONG time.
Tickling & bare soles (I also have a passion for female bare soles) have been 'ingrained' in my memory since then.
 
Im a lifer too 😀. Tickling was a big part of my childhood, so I guess that's were the fetish stems from originally. It wasn't until I was about 15 or 16 however, when I became aware just how big it was for me.....if you catch my drift lol.
 
I'm a lifer. I knew when I was four that I liked tickling and wanted to be a part of it. 🙂
 
Convert, I was 18 or so when I just happened to run across the old Magic Touch site.
 
Lifer. My earliest memory is chasing a girl around the playground (Kim Satorious) was her name way back in 2nd grade, and tickling her daily. I knew I liked it more than I should and had way too much fun. It just grew from there.

I'm a life-ah. I remember being as young as four and knowing that I had an interest in tickling that was different than how most people felt about tickling, which is very strange because, really, how much social awareness does a 4 year old have??
 
Pure Lifer! I remember it like its happening NOW! I was 4 years old at the grocery store with my grandma. We were in the checkout line and I was trying to decide what kinda candy I wanted. I heard a loud CLOK sound and looked up to see that the lady in front of us had dropped her shoe to the floor and was dragging it around with her bare toes. I was MESMERIZED! I reached out and scraped her sole and she gasped real loud and kicked her shoe to the front of the line! She giggled and pat me on the head and playfully said, "Aw you're cute. Seems like the age of 4 appears to be the earliest time for most people here. It's AMAZING how the experiences relate. At the time my experience happened, I cant quite describe the feeling.... it wasnt erotic because I didn't know about those kinds of feelings at the time. All I know is that it made me VERY Happy and I wanted to do it again and again! I've had foot/tickling fetishes my ENTIRE life as a result and without those two elements, sex is non-existent for me....almost meaningless! Feet and Tickling are the gateways to a full sexual experience.

Same with me when I was five years old! I've been hooked on tickling ever since. I've been fortunate enough over the years to have some relationships with ladies who already knew they liked it and a few I introduced to it and realized they loved it, Others have wanted no part of it. I can deal with a lady who is not ticklish or doesn't wnt to be tickled as long as she can get into tickling me.
 
I don't know when the fascination started, but I do know that it started as more of a foot fetish before I realized that I had a tickling fetish. Never started exploring it until I was 12 or 13.
 
Lifer. I was already masturbating to the thought of tickling before I knew what I was actually doing and before I knew what sex was! 🙂
 
Lifer here also! First experience was the ninja turtles episode called "the case of the lost camono" where april and vernon were captured by don turtelli and interrogated in a room by having their feet tickled with a feather! It was the most amazing thing i had ever seen. Then i saw the other episode where the boy and girl were also captured by don turtelli and interrogated the same way. What an awesome show!
 
I'm a lifer. I've loved it since I was very little. Being around other tickle lovers constantly just made/makes it all the more fun! 😀
 
Lifers by a landslide!

If these first couple of pages comprise a big enough sample, it's a lifers landslide! (I'm a lifer, too.) I've come to believe folks like us are just born with the tickling gene.

But I'm hoping some of the converts out there will reply to this thread. I'd like to read about the event(s) that drew them to this community.
