My girlfriend will let me pick out a costume for her to wear while I tickle her. What one should I choose? Any Ideas?

YES!! Love your thinking Libertine.
But carwash if you have to go with an actual costume then either bikini clad lifeguard or french maid is a nice one too.
 
I love the tickling in costume thing. What i would suggest, is seeing that it's so close to Halloween.. go get some drinks then head to a Halloween store and look together. Also note- while your best selection will be now- the days after Halloween all the leftover stuff goes for hardly anything.
 
Mm, for generic stuff I'm always partial to a genie or witch type costume. A generic sort of pirate or princess could be fun, though.
