No, SloppySeconds, I posted all the facts. What I'm saying is.. Brighteyes doesn't know how things work in other casinos. As mils said, in most casinos, people yell at the dice, and you dont have other people telling the yellers to "keep quiet", as these people were doing to me. BrightEyes admitted that she's never been to a casino, and not encountered such situations.. so.. my point was.. how does she know I was "being the asshole", when I was engaging in behavior, ie yelling at the dice, that people have done, in all other casinos I've been to.. (many) except this one. Mils can vouch for me with this, as he said that casinos he's been to, people yell at the dice as well, so my behavior in yelling at the dice, was standard, for every casino I've been to, but this one.

But she didn't say you were being an asshole. She only implied that the people you are calling assholes could have thought the same thing about you. That's all.
 
I think she was suggesting it, not stating that that was the case. I could be wrong, but that's how I read it. And for what it's worth, just because you haven't experienced something or heard of something, doesn't mean it doesn't exist or isn't true. Originally it seemed like the issue was not whether or not the table was playing the game the way you think it should be played or have always played it, and never saw it played any other way, but more that you thought the guys at the table were assholes because they didn't change the way they were playing when you came to the table. Now it looks like the issue is that you're pissed off because someone(s) has suggested that maybe you were in the wrong for barging into the game and doing it your own way (which maybe that was fine, idk), and getting mad when the rest of the table wasn't receptive to that.

Idk dude, it's like if you went to a poker game and you were smoking a cigar because that's what guys do at poker games, but at this game nobody was smoking and they asked you to put out the cigar. And then you get pissed and say they're assholes because you've never heard of a poker game where people didn't smoke cigars. Just my two cents.
 
Craps is a game of momentum, patience and energy. This group clearly didn't get the memo on the third part 🙂.
 
I keep thinking of James Bond (the one in the books rather than the cartoon character he's become in the films) in an immaculately cut dinnerjacket raising the stakes by carefully placing a mountain of plaques in the centre of the green baize table with a grim smile at his opponent, the beautiful, evening gowned KGB agent sitting across from him, and signalling the baccarat dealer at the Monte Carlo casino for another card, not with a slightly raised eybrow and a murmured, 'Une carte, s'il vous plaît', but rather by howling 'OOOOHHH, Jimmy needs a new pair of SHOOOESSS!!!'

I'd say Milagros & Darth Sid would be best cast as Bond/s
due to their consistently understated elegance paired with a marked lack of animosity,
half-concealed or not.

It was my impression "craps" is much different & more complex, in spite of its short name, than baccarat, though perhaps more "energetic" as it's apparently supposed to be :bouncybou
