I think...I think it's a combination of both, that I like the idea of the 'ler just being able to do whatever they feel like, because that's going to be more fun for them, but I don't really want the 'lee to enjoy it. I like it as a torture, you know? Then again, I don't think I'd actually enjoy torturting someone myself, but it's fun to read about. Doing it myself, I'd feel...well, a bit of a psycho 🙂

As long as you're WELL aware of the negative consequences of actually *doing* what you're talking about, and it stays a fantasy, I don't think there's anything wrong with it. People have all kinds of violent, nonconsensual fantasies, on the giving and receiving end.

Personally, there is absolutely zero appeal in it for me on either end. I'm a lover

My interpretation is that the fantasy, for him, requires that the lee be actually hating it, not love/hating it like many of us do. As I understand it, in a D/s relationship, if the tickling gets to the point where the submissive/lee isn't having fun any more, he/she has every right to safeword and have that safeword respected.

A slave in an M/s relationship wouldn't. I'm sure there are lees out there like that.

As for me personally, I'm all for 'doing things' to folks, but only if they enjoy it. I hear a safeword, I stop, check on my lee and aftercare them until they're better. Then talk to ensure everything (including the relationship) is alright and to avert such situations in future scenes.

I understand what you're saying - and I don't entirely DISagree, but I think that the way the OP was worded did leave a little to the imagination as to whether or not this was fantasy or something he wanted to make a reality. I know that when I first read it, I was unsure about her intentions, and I had to clarify to present my opinion accurately.

I think if the thread had been posted by someone people are familiar with, they would likely already KNOW that the person wouldn't do this in reality, and is talking strictly fantasy, and thus would get more "pleasant" responses.

I think if the OP was worded slightly differently, she might not have gotten such negative responses.

But this thread reminds me of something I wrote on another web site in answer to a question about what something you'd like to do before dying - you know, acting out a fantasy.
