Not sure if this has been posted here already or not, but it's new to me. She posted this on her twitter account a few months ago, apparently. Enjoy.
 
Wow, excellent find! That is not something you see everyday now, is it?
 
Pretty sure not fake. This was done for the TOMS "One Day Without Shoes" program. There are youtube vids out there featuring Kristen Bell and Heather Graham talking about going barefoot for a day. I think this was part of it.

And, if it is a fake, I ain't complaining. Either very well done, or a very close look-alike.
