Dialing Down The Bondage

Hello all,

I am following on the heels of the post that someone made about not liking feet. I love feet, but dislike restrictive bondage (immobilizers, chains, cuffs, ropes, etc.). I can't stand it, though it is prevalent on this forum. Wanted to know if I alone in my distaste for bondage.

Bondage doesn't bother me that much. A lot of lees have admitted they like being tied up plus it makes it easier to stop flailing around. I will admit though sometimes watching a girl who wasn't tied can be fun to watch. I miss that.

When I'm the one doing the tickling, I don't use any bondage whatsoever. I think that in part it is because I like the idea of the lee making her tickling spots available to be tickled and on the flip side of things, if things get too intense, she has the option of covering up or pulling away.

Eh, my interests are kind of weird when it comes to bondage. See, I do like restrictive sorts of situations--being wrapped up in a blanket or buried in the sand or cocooned with rope (or web, depending on the setting of a story) or some such. But when it comes to actual bondage-bondage, too many straps or whatever do turn me off a bit, as do weird positions. Stocks are great, tickle chairs are wonderful, being strapped to a bed is alright, but mostly if it's just the wrists and ankles... But like, crazy amounts of straps everywhere, or insane positions where the 'lee is being bent over backwards so that their feet are on either side of their head--yeah, no bueno there.
I do love bondage-less tickling too, of course, but it's difficult to pull off when it comes to feet; I can tell you from experience that the hassle of pinning down a pair of legs and getting footwear off, then managing to keep those struggling tootsies still enough to deliver a decent tickling, is often more trouble than it's worth. Besides, a li'l bondage makes the tickling more steamy and intimate, and it builds up that oh-so delicious anticipation in the helpless 'lee...

I'd love to see video producers dial down the amount of equipment they use for tickling - especially when what they do bring out is always in an established pattern. That's a thread I could get behind!

Depends on who I'm with, really. As a lee bondage can be fun, but as many others above me, I dont like super restrictive. For me tickling is hugely psychological-the effect of being tied down and helpless is great, but it's far more embarrassing to be pinned/held effectively and I love that feeling 😀 That being said, if I'm in one of my "have to prove myself" moods, tying my arms might be the only way to get me to feel the "ok I'm not getting out of this" thing xD

As a ler again, depends on the other person. If they like a very hardcore sesh with bondage and the works, then that's fine. But I have plenty of friends I just tussle with, and pinning them helplessly is fantastic 😀

My tastes are more playful. I think about the couch tickling that TA does as something that is more my speed. There is producer that did a bunch of non bondage stuff. It was a weird acronym - JB something or other. I perceive that the lee is uncomfortable. Some of you like to make your lees suffer, or prefer to be tickled in such a manner. I just want us both to have a good time.

Bondage can definitely increase the intensity for a lee. While I'm not a fan of using gags or over the top S/M I think even a little bit of tying makes a big difference.

Wrists and ankles bound and the 'lee stretched tightly (but not to the point of pain) and that's about it. I hate when someone is tied up so loosely that they can pull their arms down so far they cover up their pits! What's the point of tying them? Some times the toes tied together but not to the point they turn purple. I want the 'lee to feel as helpless as possible and to see what's coming and not be able to do a thing about it.

+1. I don't know why in the dating scene we're about making the kink "intense" as possible. ...I mean it'd be nice to hear ppl aren't deterred by being tied up but for now I think tickling is intense enough.

I guess I equate bondage with non consensual. I can't separate those two facets no matter how hard I try. Tickling can go from pleasurable to traumatizing real fast. Perhaps, I am letting the whole depraved elements taint my view.
