Totally. I can't help but start laughing even when my ler's just wiggling his fingers above a ticklish spot. The anticipating the ticklish sensations he'll invoke always gets me laughing.

For me, it depends on my mood. If I'm already in a really tickley mood and/or it's someone I know would do a good job on me, I'll usually start feeling it before they ever touch me. If I'm not in a good mood or am in pain, I usually won't react as much to it. But, I still often get at least a shiver from it. That teasing and anticipation are part of the crazy-making fun. 😀

It depends on where. Some places totally works all the time, others not or more sporadically. And of course it depends on the situation too. 😛 🙂

depends on there voice...if they just come at me wiggling fingers not saying anything then no doesn't get an effect.. come at me with a funny little voice teasin me maybe a odd face or two.. then yes you will get laughs
