It depends with me. It really comes down to whether my victim knows about my tickling fetish or not. If they do, the tickling is usually consentual, but if the person does not know that tickling turns me on, it comes without warning or negotiation (pretty much in fear that they will turn me down if I ask or think that I'm some freak).🙁

Good question, but I would submit that all true tickling is a combination of the consentual and the non-c. Even for someone who loves being tickled, they are feeling enough of a desire to "make it stop" to arouse ticklishness. And someone who "hates it", if they are actually laughing--and not objecting, crying or reacting with pain--understands the tickling scenario and is going along with it on some level.

I could never extensively tickle anyone who didn't give consent, but I also think that giving consent can be implied. I've tickled my wife's feet, mostly non consentual, but mostly its just quick tickles I give if she's going around the house barefoot (and always is), or sometimes when I massage her feet. Always consensual for me. Any amount of tickling above one or two quick pokes (given, received, or observed) gets me aroused even in the most unlikely of circumstances (yes, I found that out the hard way -- never again).
