Yes, I think its a bonus that instead of being ticklish, she was shy. Having her stripped naked and tied down, she would be on display for anyone and she will be unable to cover herself. Then when the tickling starts, she would have two things on her mind, or maybe not.

My friend is one of the biggest bad asses I know--she can tolerate anything and was determined not to take them, by the time she finally realized she needed them, it was too late for them to administer...

For me,I guess it depends on the situation.If you set down the rules before hand ,It should always be how ever the parties involved feel most comfortable. Some women will get naked, while others will be in just under clothings , and still others are fully dressed. I myself feel if some woman wants to play and dosen't want to be topless or naked she dosen't have to be.As long as the tickling is good, no one gets hurt,and a good time is had by all, who cares? Am i wrong?
But thats just my opinon

A year or so ago I was dating the single most ticklish girl on the face of the planet. She didn't enjoy it too much but she tolerated it for me.

I went to Michael's and got a few feathers, specifically for Jess. Later that day, I pinned her down and got her shoe and sock off. Within seconds of dragging one of those soft but stiff feathers around on her bare sole, she was gasping for breath and tears were coming from the corners of her clenched shut eyes.
