I'd guess one of the TALES FROM THE ASYLUM e-zines. But I am not positive.

The image first appears in an ad for FTKL's custom work in the May 2000 issue of Tales from the Asylum (issue #9.) Going through my archives that is the only information I have on this two panel strip. The cool part is that this work and his other comic work which appeared in TFTA, eventually leads to the Vellicatrices: Unlimited comic series!
