Oh hells ya. It's the best place to be, especially if the belly button isn't too deep (or if it's an outie). I dont' mind a persons stomach, but typically I'll use that as a warm up before going to the belly button.

I have a preference for upper body and as far as my media folder of fetish delights is concerned it is definitely a favorite. As for RL, its one of my favorite spots to attack. And I'm not a big fan of feet tickling, I do appreciate it to accent a gang tickle scene or it works for a scenario, but not on its own for a tickle scene/session.
