one destroys their own life...if tickling plays a factor I suggest one should get help...there was a woman in India raped by 6 men and died very shortly after...I'm more concerned of those occurrences ruining ones life as it did to that poor girl n you're asking me why I'm laughing at this ridiculous question oh Dandy one? some people need help n their on this site...there are worse things in the world and some take tickling way too seriously to the point of ridiculous questions cause one can not think of anything else to post...I remember when this site used to be so much fun..

But we're not here to talk about the "much more awful things out there." There are other forums on which to discuss the atrocities such as those in India. This forum is restricted to discussing the topic of the various aspects of tickling, such as whether or not it ruins lives, as a random example.

On that topic, I wouldn't say tickling ruins lives, but it can certainly ruin an orgasm.

I'll let the OP clarify what he meant by his question if he chooses to do so.

I agree with you with the exception that anything, be it tickling or reading Internet forums or eating snack foods, etc that becomes an obsession that a person seems unable to control - which means focusing on that obsession to the exclusion of anything else - can have a detrimental impact on a person's life.

I think the term "ruin" is a strong word. As long as tickling doesn't take over every aspect of ones life to the point that they can't function at work or are lacking social skills, I can't see it as something that can ruin your life. Remember....tickling is a part of us, but we have to always have control.

Maybe for those who are hiding their love of tickling from loved ones. Like when their partner finds out, they think it's too weird or odd.

I've seen a couple replies in the past where some did say their S.O.s broke up with them because they called them "creepy" and that. I just happen to be married to a man who thinks it's funny and cute to see me squirming so much when he's tickling me. But on the flip side, if I ever got involved with a woman, I'd hope she'd have the same outlook on it, too.
