Does Tickling Ruin People Lives?

Hmmmm, I think you need to be more specific. It's not so much the tickling that ruins lives or relationships, it's certain people's *need* for it, and the way they handle it. Many people are frustrated because they don't get enough of it, and they don't look for other outlets for their frustration. Some people are too embarrassed to tell their partner, and that can lead to an unfulfilled/unhappy relationship and in some cases, unhappy marriages. That's not the tickling, it's the person not being upfront about their desires. So, it really all depends on the person and how they go about handling their fetish. If they let it control them, it can ruin their life, yes...but it's all about their choices.
 
Personally, it hasn't "ruined" my life/relationships, but it certainly can be an issue. I've never shared my fetish with anyone in my personal life be it a friend or significant other and it can be very frustrating. I don't know what you're specific dilemma is, but I can certainly empathize with the lack of an outlet whether it be a tickle partner or just someone to talk to about it.
 
I don't know about ruin....maybe complicate the wrong one. I am now totally upfront about my needs, and this has helped. Having a community where you find you're not alone helps too. I blame my decisions, not the fetishes themselves.

Hasn't ruined anything but has complicated the whole approach to forming and keeping relationships, especially in these times where it seems like meeting ppl is impossible for me. But I know I'm not alone because others have the same issues

I've lost some girls that were friends to it, but I've also realized it's not what they are looking for, and it is what it is. Truthfully, I'm happy with the relationship I have now with someone who enjoys it as much as I do. Just took a while.
 
Sometimes I let it get out of hands just craving it too often and paying too much money to get tickled. But thats more of a personal issue with money at times than it is the fetish itself. As people have said, as long as you can keep it in control, and get your "fix" in appropriate doses its all good.
