Given how performing cheerleaders generally dress...

...MY best guess would be that the feather was applied to the back of one knee, which I'd go on the record as adding is a VERY underrated place to tickle a lady 'lee...I just hope that's a COLLEGE cheerleader and not a high school one, though, or, as they say, this post is toast
