I'm having a problem with my Comcast e-mail account.
I can't log into the account, and I just tried to send an e-mail from my G-mail account, to the Comcast account, and it immediately came back, with the following message:
"Delivery To The Following Recipient Failed Permanently, Account Not Available".
I didn't receive any terms of service warning or notice from Comcast, so I know I didnt do anything. Is it possible that there is a Comcast mail server problem, or that my e-mail on Comcast was hacked?
My computer is working, and my G-mail, Hotmail, and Yahoo email accounts work. Also, I cant sign into my Comcast email account. All was fine this afternoon, and now this.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
Thanks.
Mitch
P'S I should also add that I didn't send any spam or bulk mailing, etc, from that account. I never send those types of mailings. The last e-mail I sent from my Comcast account was a few days ago, to a friend, and all was fine. I usually use my G-mail and Hotmail accounts for personal e-mails, but just decided to use the Comcast one that time, because that was the account I was on at the time, checking mail.
