Horrible...cold snow all over no end in sight. 35 will be balmy next Tuesday.

Sad to say, I won't be outside to enjoy it. Next Tuesday, I will be indoors working for the Board of Elections from 5am to 10pm.

If you get used to -10°F to 10°F, then 35°F feels like springtime. ☀️

I know it's all relative. I woke up to 0. Temperature. I always use the analogy how in October when the high is only 60 degrees people say it's chilly out but in March (hopefully this year we get a few of these) it gets to 60 degrees for a high people say it's warm!

I still think it is hilarious that the Staten Island Groundhog bit then Mayor de Blasio one year on Groundhog day.

Glad we got through it. I am off Friday through Monday 4 day break...need it. Work has been crazy. I'm so far behind on everything...but I'm still taking off.

And we should miss the storm this weekend although I wouldn't mind some rain to wash some of this dirty clunks of "ice" now that used to be snow. And thanks I will...I'm visiting the city Sunday but other than that low key.

I never used to go to doctors 20s/30s and now I'm finally going regularly checking up on stuff and my doctor had me do blood work, take a colon cancer test, vitals, offered me advice on what I'm doing great and what to do a little better...feels good. Everything came back clean all my tests. I want to lower my "bad cholesterol" a few points other than that he said he's happy with everything.

There was a seven year stretch during which I never saw a doctor (as a patient). That was ages 30 to 37. Now I have about ten medical specialists who I see at least once a year.
