for breakfast, i often eat 1 whole egg, 1 egg white, 1/2 c spinach, lots of fresh ground pepper and occasionally a sprinkle of cheese along with a slice of toast -- yummy!

i also love tuna and egg salad. i think it's a southern thing as folks in new england think it's weird. other ingredients are mayo, mustard, dill and lots of fresh ground pepper -- yummy!

can you tell i'm a freshly ground pepper snob 😛

I love a fried egg sandwich with just a touch of Miracle Whip. One of my favorite comfort foods ever!

Quiche is pretty fantastic too.

I tell you what sucks.Those pre-scrambled eggs.They come in a cardboard,or plastic jug.They have this rubbery taste.

Made a killer good omelet this morning : 3 eggs, shredded cheddar, diced green pepper and tomato with ham. unfortunately I had no mushrooms to add..
