I don't claim to know that much about British women, but if you go to most night clubs in the U.S.(especially in big cities) on a Friday or Saturday night, you see a lot of American women w/a ton of makeup(too much sometimes IMO) and their boobs practically spilling out w/skirts well above their knees.
