Yeah that's exactly my point. But, I think there's no harm in two people sharing a little secret. If someone on here knew me, I'd want them to tell me. It would be fun to know that about each other I think..as long as we both agreed to keep it on the DL.

hmmmmm. interesting, huh? I have reasons to believe the same is true. Maybe even a cousin. The thing that bugs me is that if someone I know is a member here, they would recognize me, but they wouldthink that I would not be able to pick them out. I'm fairly astute when it comes to evaluating the bio info on member profiles of people whom I suspect I know, like their birthday, interests, major, etc. stuff like that... PM me if you are who I think you are, don't be bashful. Just drawingsome parallels, but if I'm incorrect, please forgive me.

I have seen a couple posts of someone with a handle that is also a nick name my sister-in-law has used for many years. It is very unique and would be a real fluke if this was coincidence.
So my question is, what do I do or say when I run into her at a gathering?

I doubt it. Everyone I know is normal and not a freak of nature.
 
Only the people I've met through here (or NEST). Houston has a very odd tickle scene. We have lots of potential because of Yaqi and HPEP and such, but we can't seem to organize much of anything. If there ARE other tickle people in Houston, they are firmly embedded in the woodwork and are not coming out. Even when the few of us organize a gathering IN Houston, hardly anyone shows...and half of those people are from other parts of Texas. So...probably nobody else...no.
 
From a post I saw before I did my usual thing of vanishing for a few months... I think there is one person I know here... or rather once knew.

Ya, I've always wondered that. It wouldn't surprise me if someone I knew was one here and I went through an internal debate before sending in my member picture. It's been my experience that people on the TMF are quite friendly and open so if a someone I knew found me on here I don't think I'd have a big problem with it. Although I use a different user name here than I do on any other forum or internet group.
 
sometimes i do,but i have a picture up here so i suppose if they wanted to they could say something about it.
 
I have a feeling one of my ex-boyfriends in on here, he used to tickle me and make me say my ABCs and if I messed up i would have to start over again and he would increase tickling, Man that was BEFORE I knew I had a fetish for it too. Damnit..:rant:

I dont know any personally. I have tried to turn a friend to this site once I saw her and her bf tickling eachother on my living room floor and how turned on it was making them (myself included). I would hope if anyone knew me they would say hey. It would be cool to find out so and so liked tickling too. but the one thing I am worried about would be my dad or somebuddy realizing I was here. I've wondered several times if anyone that I knew was a member or a lurker of the TMF? It would be so funny to be confronted or recognized by my speech from these posts. People who know us well, would know us by our comments.
 
hmm i can say that the only ppl i know on here are ones that i met through a couple of friends who are members...
i think that finding out someone u never pegged as being a 'ler or 'lee on this site would be very interesting and make for so very strange conversations...(not a bad thing mind u)...
 
I have always worried about posting a photo of myself. Part of me would love to share but I fear the stigma it could cause. I have met a few women who love having their feet tickled and licked and always wonder if they are lurking here.
 
I knew someone on here from before there was a here. Was odd, as they gave indication that they knew me, here, and it didn't take a great deal of effort to figure out the who and how. Was no big, really. We weren't very close or anything, so I don't sweat that they aren't in touch. The community is large enough to allow for such. 🙂

If you're here, digging into threads lookin' for someone familiar, you'll have to out yourself to out someone else, or pay to have a P.I. finger you. I just ain't that paranoid, and since my friends, family and boss already know, I just don't much care to concern myself with such trivia.
