Well, the thing about Vitamin D is that it needs time to build up in your system for weeks...if you're deficient in it, that is. But yeah. 🙂 Exercise also helps. It release endorphins (the feel-good chemicals) into your body. lol 😀 But best of all, when you're depressed, you must be gentle with yourself. Like, try to indulge in activities that you enjoy. It could be reading, playing video games, watching films, drawing, listening to music...anything really. ^_^

Now back to the topic on hand...we must spread silliness everywhere! :woot2:
