I can't be entirely sure (my Japanese isn't that good), but the title may be "Kusuguri Akume", which means "Tickling Horror-Dream" or "Tickling Nightmare" - possibly a reference to what seems to be a young woman's daydreams about her teacher and classmates during the video.

I think I prefer your interpretation to mine, Redmage 😉 . 'Akumu' would be nightmare in Japanese ('Aku' meaning evil, and 'mu' meaning dream- the kanji for dream, 夢, also having the 'yume' reading). 'Akume' means orgasm; this is why one might see the word so often on Japanese adult DVDs. Basically, the title is Tickling Orgasm Girl's School, which sounds like a pretty promising institution, from an educational standpoint 😛 . It's hard to say what might draw one to that type of school ...

Then, the only problem is translating that into English 😉 . I think the only way you could come close to understanding the meaning using a translator is if you took very small portions of text and used a translating device such as Babelfish. At least Google recognizes the word tickling. My approximate translation of the first sentence: Miri Takao, a girl who is failing (in school), is falling in love with her cool teacher (interpretation: by 'cool,' they mean open to lesbian encounters with her female students).

Someday, I think I will use one of those translators to translate a text into English, then translate it back to the original language, and so forth. It should be interesting to see what it comes up with...
